Serve God with Spiritual Gifts (Romans 12: 4 – 8)

4 For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, 5 so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; 7 or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; 8 he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

Choir Ministry

Join the choir to lead worship during Sunday service and other church events.  Singers ages 18+ with a heart for worship are encouraged to join. No audition is necessary.   Join us!

Youth Ministry

If you have a passion of working with youth and are interested in teaching them God-centered truth from the Bible through various lessons on Sunday’s (nursery, Jr. Church or Teen Bible Study), or volunteering for youth events or being part of the Youth Council join the team.

Usher Ministry

Ushers are needed to serve at Sunday service and any special events hosted by the church or that PBC is invited to attend.   Ushers can serve based on their availability.  Ushers are asked to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of any event.  Training is provided upon joining the Usher Ministry.

Media Ministries Partner – Audio/Visual

Media Ministries is looking for people to serve one another by helping run sound, slides, and video for Sunday morning services and other events. Previous experience is not needed; we will provide training for each position.  If you feel comfortable with computers, we would love to hear from you!

Shepherding Ministry

Shepherding Ministry Volunteers are needed. If you would like to serve as a volunteer, providing information to New Members, to assure that their spiritual growth needs are met, help to plan quarterly Ministry Fairs; Participate in ‘Everybody Come Back To Church Sunday” and share the vision of the Shepherd,  Rev. Dr. Melvin G Miller, along with the mission statement for Progressive Baptist Church, submit your contact information.
